Job Description: – Telecaller (Jr. Career Advisor)

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management

* Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided database and marketing leads.

* Handle inbound inquiries from students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.

* Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups in Excel.

2. Student Counseling Support

* Provide basic information about courses, duration, and career opportunities.

* Understand the student’s interests and guide them toward the appropriate course.

* Schedule appointments and walk-ins for detailed counseling with the Career Advisor.

3. Follow-ups & Conversion

* Conduct regular follow-ups with interested leads via calls, WhatsApp, and SMS.

* Encourage prospects to visit the center for counseling and demo sessions.

* Track lead status and update the system regularly.

* Coordinate for walk-in schedules and demo sessions.

4. Reporting

* Maintain daily call reports and lead tracking sheets.

* Share daily walk-in updates with the reporting manager.

* Ensure proper documentation of student inquiries and feedback.

Required Skills

* Good communication and convincing skills

* Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Google Sheets)

Language Preferred: English, Hindi, Marathi

Preferred Candidate Profile

* Minimum HSC / Graduate

* 6 months – 2 years experience in telecalling, customer service, or education counseling

* Experience in education institutes, training centers, or sales calling will be preferred

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9 Hours

Location: Remote (Sakinaka, Sion, Vashi, Malad, Mira Road)
