Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining products/services, and maintaining good customer relationships.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers

Handle inbound customer inquiries

Explain company products and services clearly

Follow up with interested customers

Maintain daily call records in CRM / Excel

Achieve daily and monthly targets

Handle customer objections professionally

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

Good communication skills

Basic computer knowledge

Experience in telesales / BPO preferred
