Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts.
Inform customers of their outstanding debts and provide repayment options.
Negotiate payment plans and ensure timely recovery of dues.
Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and payment updates.
Follow up regularly until payment is received or issue is resolved.
Handle objections or difficult conversations with a calm and respectful approach.
Escalate unresolvable cases to the senior recovery officer or legal team.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.
