We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Tele Calling Executive to generate leads, manage clients, and close property deals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, networking.
• Handle client inquiries and understand property requirements
• Conduct Video Calls and Meetings with the Clients
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up regularly
• Update CRM and maintain accurate sales records
• Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor projects
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of the real estate market
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Customer-focused approach with good follow-up skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM and sales reporting tools

Experience

• 1 years experience in real estate sales (preferred)
• Freshers with strong sales mindset can also apply
