Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller who will be responsible for contacting potential customers or sellers over phone and explaining our platform/services.

The role involves building relationships, providing information, and encouraging them to register or work with our platform.

Requirements

Good communication skills (Hindi and basic English; regional language is a plus).

Comfortable speaking with new people over phone.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Google Sheets).

Ability to convince and handle customer queries.

Prior telecalling or customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
