Job Description

We are looking for an aggressive and target-driven B2B Telecaller to handle our inbound and outbound sales, especially managing leads from B2B/online portals like IndiaMART, Trade India, Just Dial, directories, etc.


  • Lead Management: Call and qualify incoming B2B leads and direct inquiries.
  • Pitching: Explain fabric qualities, garment manufacturing capabilities, and bulk pricing to corporate clients, schools, and wholesalers.
  • Follow-ups: Maintain a daily tracker of calls, follow up with potential buyers on WhatsApp/Email, and convert leads into confirmed orders.
  • Client Onboarding: Assist clients with sample requests, quotations, and order finalization.
