Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Program Coordinator and Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations related to school outreach, program implementation, and logistical support for our Sales & Marketing teams. This role combines responsibilities in lead generation, appointment scheduling, operational planning, and tracking orders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Cold Calling and Lead Generation: Conduct cold calls to prospective schools to introduce our programs and services. Identify key decision-makers and establish relationships to schedule meetings and presentations.


Appointment Scheduling: Book appointments for the Sales & Marketing teams with schools, ensuring alignment with their availability. Manage and maintain the calendar of scheduled meetings and visits, ensuring smooth coordination.


Planning School Visits: Organize logistics for Sales & Marketing team visits to schools, including travel arrangements and other necessary resources. Communicate with schools to confirm visit details, requirements, and expectations.


Agreements and Proposals: Prepare and send proposals, agreements, and contracts to schools based on meetings and program discussions. Work closely with the legal and sales teams to ensure documents are accurate and finalized.


Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from schools regarding the current programs and services, compiling insights for improvement and reporting them to relevant teams. Ensure schools' concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently to maintain good relations.


Order Management: Manage the ordering process of educational books and materials for schools, ensuring timely delivery. Track the status of orders and follow up with suppliers and schools to ensure materials are received as scheduled.


Operational Support: Provide administrative and operational support for the execution of all school programs. Maintain records of school interactions, feedback, orders, and other relevant data. Assist in managing inventory and ensuring adequate stock levels for educational materials.


Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless program execution. Act as the point of contact for any operational queries and escalate issues as needed.





Qualifications:


  • Graduation in any field.
  • Good command of English (Verbal & Nonverbal) .
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in Google Suite( Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail).
  • Knowledge of Canva
