🔹 Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele-Caller to join our coaching institute. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students and parents, explaining course details, and converting inquiries into admissions.

• 🔹 Key Responsibilities:📞 Call prospective students and parents from provided data
• 🎯 Explain courses, fees, batches, and benefits clearly
• 📝 Follow up on leads and maintain proper call records
• 💼 Convert inquiries into admissions (strong closing skills required)
• 🤝 Build and maintain good relationships with students and parents
• 📊 Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
• 📅 Coordinate with the counseling and academic team

• 🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:
• ✅ 2–3 years of experience in tele-calling / sales (Education sector preferred)
• ✅ Fluency in English (Mandatory)
• ✅ Knowledge of Hindi, Marathi, or Gujarati will be an added advantage
• ✅ Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• ✅ Strong ability to close deals over phone
• ✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated
• ✅ Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel)
