Telecaller:

Masterclass Edutech is looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to connect with parents using verified school data, explain academic programs, and support our admissions process. Freshers are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to parents using provided school data
• Explain academic programs, courses, and learning outcomes in a clear manner
• Generate and qualify leads for the admissions team
• Schedule parent visits to the centre and share appointment details
• Conduct timely follow-ups for admissions and conversions
• Maintain call records, lead status, and follow-up updates
• Coordinate with the counselling/admissions team
• Communicate with empathy, patience, and professionalism

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Marathi preferred)
• Freshers welcome (training provided)
• Full-time & Part-time options available

Andheri West (5–7 minutes from Andheri Station)
