Job Title: Telecaller – Personal Loan Department

Job Overview:

We are hiring Male Telecallers (with cibil score 700+ or -1) for our Personal Loan Sales Department at the Mumbai branch. The role involves contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining personal loan products, and assisting customers throughout the loan process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for personal loan products.
• Generate leads and follow up to ensure successful conversions.
• Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain and update customer records in the system.
• Provide post-call support and handle basic customer queries.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Language: Marathi preferred (with Hindi/English).
• Gender: Male candidates only.
• Age: Below 26 years.
• Skills: Good communication, persuasive speaking, confidence, and a result-oriented mindset.

Job Details:

• Work Type: In-office (Goregaon, Andheri, Vasai, Kalyan- Mumbai)
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Salary: ₹21000 + Attractive Incentives(uncap)
• Travel: Occasionally required
