Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers/leads.
- Explain products or services to potential customers.
- Generate sales or set up appointments.
- Maintain customer database and update call records.
- Follow up on leads and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Handle inbound queries and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets.
- Requirements:Good communication skills in [Languages: English, Hindi, regional languages].
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software preferred).
- Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure.
- Previous telecalling or telesales experience is a plus
