Roles and Responsibilities


  • Handle customer inquiries via phone calls to resolve their queries and concerns.
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers' issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

Desired Candidate Profile


  • 1-6 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international voice process.
  • Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts.
