Role Overview


As a Telecaller at NeoTrader, your core responsibility is aggressive outbound client acquisition and product sales through high-volume calling. You will focus on making 200 targeted sales calls per day, pitching our trading software, and converting leads into passionate users. This role is strictly office-based (Chembur) and best suited for energetic, persuasive, target-driven candidates who love the chase and the rewards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make a minimum of 200 outbound sales calls daily to prospective trading clients.
  • Present and sell NeoTrader products and plans confidently and convincingly.
  • Deliver strong sales pitches and respond to client questions and objections—your focus is to close deals.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, call outcomes, and sales using CRM and calling tools.
  • Follow up with interested prospects to maximize conversions and retention.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and provide client feedback for improved call strategies.
  • Represent NeoTrader professionally and enthusiastically at all times.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years’ experience in telesales, call center sales, or outbound sales roles.
  • Proven ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining energy and sales effectiveness.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills.
  • Aggressive target chaser—motivated by incentives and recognition for performance.
  • Quick learner who can absorb product features and pitch them convincingly.
  • Thrives in a high-pressure, results-oriented environment.
  • Willing and able to work full-time from our Chembur office and attend in-person interviews.
