Salary range : 10,000 - 25,000/- per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join Aayush Wellness Limited. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining our wellness and healthcare products, assisting customers with their queries, generating sales leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products and services
• Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and services
• Explain product benefits, usage, pricing, and offers clearly to customers
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales
• Maintain daily call records, customer feedback, and follow-up status
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and issue resolution
• Achieve daily / weekly / monthly calling and sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Good customer handling ability
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, calling software)
• Ability to work under target-driven environment

Qualification

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
• Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be preferred
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
