Job Title: Telecalling Executive – Aayush Wellness Limited

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives

Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai

Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office

Role Summary: As a Telecalling Executive at Aayush Wellness, you will act as a key brand representative, promoting our range of wellness and healthcare products. You will connect with potential and existing customers through inbound and outbound calls, educate them about our offerings, build trust, and drive sales conversions while maintaining high service standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on inbound leads.
• Clearly communicate the benefits, features, and wellness value of Aayush products.
• Build rapport with customers and convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Accurately record all customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales details in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Share customer feedback and market insights with the team to improve sales strategies and product positioning.
• Preferred Skills & Requirements, Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for wellness products
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferred)
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus
