Telecaller

Job Title: Telecaller – Debt Recovery / Collection ExecutiveJob Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Telecaller for our Debt Recovery and Collection process. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers with outstanding payments, reminding them of due amounts, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining professional and ethical communication.

• Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments.
• Explain outstanding balances, due dates, and payment options clearly.
• Follow up regularly with customers to ensure payment commitments are met.
• Negotiate payment schedules and settlements as per company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, and payment status.
• Handle customer queries, disputes, and objections in a polite and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal debt collection practices.
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and payment updates.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience in debt collection / recovery process (preferred).
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and difficult conversations calmly.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems.
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience in Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services collection process is an advantage.
