* Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
* Provide accurate information about courses and programs
* Assist students and parents with inquiries and admissions process
* Maintain strong follow-up with potential leads
* Build positive relationships with students and clients
* Maintain call records and update databases efficiently

* Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
* Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Marathi is a plus)
* Basic computer knowledge
