Job Description
Candidate needs to do Telesales of all kinds of Loans products. Freshers can also apply who wanted to start their career into the Banking and Financial Industry. Experienced candidates from Loans, Broking, Insurance, Mortgages are most welcome.
• Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
• Convincing and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel)
• Ability to handle customer queries politely
Qualification
• Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
Experience
• Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in telecalling / loan process
