- Lead Generation: Make outbound calls on provided data to generate qualified appointments for Health & Life Insurance.
- Client Engagement: Briefly explain Financial Protection Review benefits and create interest without hard selling.
- Appointment Fixing: Schedule confirmed meetings for the sales/executive team and maintain daily follow-up.
- Data Management: Update call status, client responses, and appointments accurately in CRM/Excel.
- Goal Achievement: Meet daily call volume and monthly appointment goals with professional communication.
