Telecaller

Santosh Academy is looking for energetic, persuasive, and empathetic Tele-Counselors to join our admissions team. In this role, you will be the voice of our academy, guiding 10th and 11th-grade students toward a successful career in Science by enrolling them in our premier coaching programs.

• Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to students and parents to introduce Santosh Academy’s integrated programs for 11th & 12th Science.
• Career Guidance: Counsel students on the importance of early preparation for competitive exams like NEET, JEE (Main & Advanced), AIIMS, and MHT-CET.
• Lead Conversion: Effectively explain our unique teaching methodology, expert faculty, and track record to convert inquiries into admissions.
• Relationship Building: Build rapport with parents by addressing their concerns regarding fees, schedules, and career prospects.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all calls, follow-ups, and enrollment statuses in our CRM.
• Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Graduate in any stream (Science background is a major plus).
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Persuasion: Ability to handle objections gracefully and "close the deal" with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of the Science stream curriculum and the competitive exam landscape (JEE/NEET/CET).
• Experience: Previous experience in BPO, Tele-calling, or Educational Counseling is preferred but not mandatory for fast learners.
