Telecaller

Job Title: Tele-Caller / Tele-Sales Executive.

Job Summary -

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele-Caller to contact potential or existing customers, explain products or services, and generate leads or sales over the phone while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and/or handle inbound calls to customers
• Explain products/services clearly and answer customer questions
• Generate leads, schedule appointments, or close sales (as applicable)
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
• Follow scripts and company guidelines while communicating professionally

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good verbal communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, or call software)
• Ability to persuade and handle rejection calmly
• Customer-focused attitude
• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (varies by company)
• Freshers can apply; experience is a plus
