Telecaller - Admissions Team

We're looking for an enthusiastic fresher to join our admissions team as a Tele-Caller. This is an excellent entry point into the education sector for someone who is fluent in English, enjoys connecting with people, and wants to build a meaningful career while contributing to children's futures.

What You'll Do

Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to prospective parents through phone calls to introduce them to our school, understand their needs, and guide them through the admission process. You'll be the first voice parents hear from our school, making you crucial to creating positive first impressions. Your day-to-day work will include following up on inquiries, scheduling school visits, maintaining accurate records of all interactions, and working closely with the admissions counselors to ensure smooth conversion of leads.

What We're Looking For

We need someone who is fluent in English with clear communication skills, comfortable making outbound calls and handling conversations professionally, detail-oriented with good organizational abilities, and genuinely interested in learning about the education sector. A basic understanding of MS Excel and CRM tools would be helpful but we're willing to train the right candidate.

What We Offer

The salary is ₹15,000 per month with potential for performance-based growth. You'll work Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm.
