Telecaller Cum Computer Operator

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming customer calls
• Take food orders accurately
• Explain menu items if required
• Confirm order details (items, quantity, address, phone number)
• Coordinate with kitchen staff
• Maintain basic order records

Requirements:

• Basic communication skills (Hindi / local language; English optional)
• Ability to talk politely with customers
• Basic mobile/phone handling skills
• Freshers can apply
• Experience in restaurant or call handling is a plus

Work Timings:

🕒 Shift timing: (mention timing, e.g., 10 AM – 7 PM ( on festivals like Ganpati / Rakhi / Diwali you will have to put extra time to handle the festive order load)
