Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
• Generate leads, close sales, and meet or exceed targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM tools.
• Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales or telecalling.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Target-driven and ability to work under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher qualifications are an advantage.
