Telecaller Outbound

job is to proactively call potential and existing customers to promote products/services, generate leads, book appointments, and achieve sales targets, requiring strong communication, persuasion, and CRM skills to build rapport, handle objections, and maintain accurate call records for business growth. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Make calls to a list of prospects to introduce products or services.
• Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and qualify them as sales leads.
• Sales Pitch: Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule follow-ups or meetings for the sales team.
• Customer Engagement: Build rapport, understand needs, and address questions or concerns.
• CRM Management: Accurately log all calls, update customer data, and track interactions.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily, weekly, or monthly call and sales goals. 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, persuasion, negotiation, resilience (to handle rejection), and time management.
• Knowledge: Good product knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
• Attitude: Proactive, results-oriented, professional, and customer-focused.
• Education: Typically a high school diploma or equivalent.
