Telecaller Outbound

We are looking for highly motivated Outbound Telecallers to promote and sell Our Vendor App subscriptions to business owners and vendors.

The role requires making high-volume calls, convincing vendors to subscribe, and achieving daily sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 250–300 outbound calls daily to vendors and business owners.
• Explain the benefits of Our Vendor App subscription.
• Convince vendors to register and purchase the subscription plan.
• Maintain a daily conversion target.
• Follow up with interested vendors through calls and WhatsApp messages.
• Update call results in CRM or lead sheets.
• Handle objections and close sales quickly.
• Maintain professional communication with vendors.

Daily Target & Performance Pressure

• Daily Subscription Target: 25–40 subscriptions
• Weekly Target: 200 - 250 subscriptions
• Employees must meet targets regularly; Performance pressure will be part of the role.

• Working Hours 6 days working
• 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Sunday Off
