We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented candidates with mandatory dialer experience to join our growing team.

💼 Role: Telesales Executive (Outbound Dialer Process)

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound sales calls through auto/predictive dialer systems
• Interact with customers and explain services clearly
• Update customer details and call outcomes in CRM
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Maintain good communication and follow-up with leads

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Dialer / Auto Dialer (Mandatory)
• Experience in the outbound telesales process
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools
• Good communication skills in English
• Target-driven and confident personality

• 💰 Salary & Benefits: Up to ₹30,000 Take-Home Salary, + Attractive incentives based on performance
