Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to make outbound calls to potential customers, promote products/services, and generate sales.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to close deals over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads/data

Explain products/services and their benefits clearly

Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Handle objections effectively and convert leads into sales

Follow up with interested customers for closures

Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details

Build and maintain good customer relationships

Required Skills

Excellent communication and convincing skills

Strong sales and negotiation abilities

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
