The ideal candidate will handle outbound and inbound calls, effectively manage customer queries, and promote products and services, ensuring a positive experience and customer satisfaction. • Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound/outbound calls in a professional manner, answering queries, resolving issues, and providing information on products and services.
• Promote products and services based on customer needs and requirements, ensuring high conversion rates.
• Address customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain customer records by updating relevant information in the database after each call.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and customer satisfaction.
• Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies and guidelines during calls.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve the overall customer experience and suggest improvements to processes.
• Keep track of market trends and competitor information to help improve service delivery and product promotion.
