Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to promote and sell personal loan products over the phone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining loan products, verifying eligibility, and ensuring a smooth application process.

Key Responsibilities :

Call potential customers from the provided database or leads list.

Explain the features, benefits, and eligibility criteria of personal loan products.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan options.

Assist customers with the application process and documentation.

Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Handle queries and resolve customer concerns professionally.

Coordinate with internal departments for application processing.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th Pass 12th Pass / Graduate.

Proven experience in telecalling /sales preferred (especially in loans or banking).

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
