Calling Executive – COD Order Confirmation

We are hiring Calling Executives to confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders over the phone. Simple calling job – no selling required. Training provided.

What You Will Do:

• Call customers to confirm their COD orders
• Check delivery address, phone number, and order details
• Mark confirmed or cancelled orders in the system
• Report fake or wrong orders to your team lead
• Meet daily call targets

What We Need from You:

• Can speak clearly in Hindi / English (basic level is fine)
• Comfortable talking on the phone all day
• Basic knowledge of using a phone or computer
• Honest and reliable
• No experience needed – we will train you
