Job Description (Telecaller – NGO Fundraising | Fresher Welcome)
We are looking for energetic and confident Telecaller Executives to join our NGO fundraising team.
Your role will be to call potential donors, explain our NGO projects, and motivate them to support our social initiatives.
Freshers are welcome – full training will be provided.

📌 Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential donors
Explain NGO campaigns and social projects clearly
Motivate people to donate and support the cause
Maintain daily call reports and donor details
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
Follow calling scripts and guidelines

📌 Requirements
Good Hindi communication (English optional)
Confident, polite and positive attitude
Fresher or 0–1 year experience
Comfortable with telecalling & talking to people
Basic computer knowledge is a plus
