Position: Telecaller

Role Type: Invitation Calling Only

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers/clients to invite them for company events, exhibitions, product launches, or meetings.
• Share complete event details such as date, time, venue, stall number, and highlights.
• Confirm attendance and update the guest/visitor list.
• Maintain daily calling reports and update status in the system.
• Handle basic queries and forward detailed inquiries to senior staff.
• Ensure polite, professional, and clear communication during all calls.

Key Points:

• Only Invitation Calls
• No Sales
• No Targets
• Customer data will be provided by the company

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (Hindi / English / regional language).
• Basic computer knowledge for updating call status.
• Pleasant telephone etiquette.
• Confidence, patience, and clarity while speaking.

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
