Sales Executive – D2C (Telecalling)Company: Resellfone (A brand of Reselltech Private Limited)

Location: Mumbai (On-site)

Position: Full-Time

Compensation: ₹20,000 Fixed + Uncapped Performance Incentives


About the RoleAs a D2C Sales Executive at Resellfone, you will be the primary driver of our "Direct-to-Consumer" acquisition engine. Your mission is simple: convert warm leads—people who are looking to sell their used smartphones or laptops—into successful doorstep pickups. This is a high-energy role for someone who is persuasive, persistent, and excellent at handling objections.


  • Core Responsibilities
  • Outbound Calling: Proactively call customers who have generated price quotes on our website or social media channels.
  • Lead Conversion: Convince potential sellers that Resellfone offers the best value, safest process, and fastest service in the market.
  • Price Negotiation: Confidently handle "low-price" objections by explaining our professional QC process and the convenience of doorstep service.
  • Consistent Follow-up: Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule with interested customers who haven't yet committed to a pickup.
  • Scheduling Pickups: Coordinate with the logistics and field team to schedule doorstep device evaluations and pickups at the customer's convenience.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for "Successful Pickup Conversions."


  • What We Are Looking For
  • Persuasive Communicator: Ability to build trust quickly over the phone.
  • Closing Skills: You don't just "talk" to customers; you guide them to a decision.
  • Persistence: You aren't discouraged by "No" or "Maybe later." You follow up until the deal is closed.
  • Etiquette & Professionalism: High standards of behavior, etiquette, and professionalism during every call (a core focus for Resellfone management).
  • Experience: Previous experience in tele-sales, customer service, or re-commerce is a plus, but hunger and attitude matter more.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English is required. Knowledge of Marathi or other regional languages is an advantage.
