Job Title: Telesales Executive / Inside Sales Caller

Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-energy Telesales Executive who can sell confidently and convincingly over phone calls. This role involves speaking with warm and semi-warm leads (including abandoned carts, inquiries, and follow-ups), understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing sales during the call or through follow-ups.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys selling, influencing decisions, and hitting targets.

  • What This Person Will DoSpeak with potential customers over phone and convert conversations into sales
  • Handle abandoned cart customers, inbound leads, and follow-up calls
  • Understand customer pain points and position the product as the solution
  • Confidently explain pricing, offers, and value — not just features
  • Handle objections like “too expensive”, “I’ll think about it”, “not sure”
  • Close orders on the call or push customers toward quick checkout
  • Follow up via calls and WhatsApp to ensure conversion
  • Maintain discipline in updating call outcomes and lead status
  • Consistently work towards daily call, conversion, and revenue targets
  • Core Skills We Expect (Very Important)🔹 Communication & PersuasionStrong verbal communication in Hindi & basic English (regional language is a plus)
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with strangers
  • Can sound confident, warm, and convincing on the phone
  • Knows how to listen first, then sell
  • 🔹 Sales Ability (Non-Negotiable)Comfortable asking for the sale
  • Can influence customer decisions ethically
  • Understands urgency, offers, and value-based selling
  • Experience in closing sales over phone (telesales / inside sales / telemarketing)
  • 🔹 Objection HandlingCan confidently handle objections like:

  • “I need to check with someone”
  • “It’s costly”
  • “Call me later”
  • Knows when to push and when to back off
  • 🔹 Discipline & OwnershipComfortable making 50–100 calls/day
  • Follows scripts but can adapt naturally
  • Tracks follow-ups and closes loops
  • Takes responsibility for numbers and outcomes
