Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (10 AM – 6 PM), Saturday (10 AM – 2 PM)

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Herbal, Ayurvedic and Panchkarma products.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about products, treatments, and services.
• Maintain a database of customer information and update call records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and ensure high customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Achieve sales and customer acquisition targets through telecalling efforts.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to optimize campaign strategies.
• Gather customer feedback and report insights to the management.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Freshers or 0–5 years
• Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass) OR Graduate.
