Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on experience) + Incentives

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling leads, explaining course details, and ensuring walk-ins and admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential students from provided leads
• Explain aviation courses, fees, and benefits clearly
• Schedule follow-ups and ensure daily walk-ins to the center
• Maintain call logs and update CRM records
• Achieve monthly admission targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements:

• Minimum HSC or Graduate preferred
• Good communication skills in Hindi & English
• Prior experience in tele calling / sales is an advantage
• Confident, persuasive & target-oriented
