Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Inside Sales Executive to join our Simplyfy Practice vertical. The role involves engaging with prospective clients, explaining product features, conducting online demonstrations, and ensuring excellent customer service. Training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with prospective and existing clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
Explain the features and benefits of Simplyfy Practice to potential customers
Conduct product demonstrations over Zoom or other virtual platforms
Understand client requirements and address their queries effectively
Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client support
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Eligibility & Skills Required
Graduate in any discipline (preferably Commerce/Management background)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Confidence in handling client interactions and virtual demos
Basic understanding of sales processes
Good listening and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and virtual meeting tools (Zoom, etc.)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
