Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and disciplined Telecaller to join our collections team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting debtors via phone to recover pending dues, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining excellent customer communication, all while adhering to compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments.

* Follow-up on previous promises or settlements.

* Explain repayment terms and encourage timely payment.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.

* Send payment reminders via SMS, WhatsApp, or emails when needed.

* Escalate unresponsive or willful defaulter cases to seniors.

* Follow RBI and internal compliance guidelines during communication.

* Coordinate with field officers for physical visits in case of non-contactable accounts.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

Key Skills:

* Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and regional languages (Marathi/other preferred).

* Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM entry, Google Sheets).

* Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.

* Patience and confidence to handle objections or hostile customers professionally.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Eligibility:

* Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

* Experience: 1-5 years in debt collection / telecalling / recovery (Freshers can apply with training support).

* Prior experience in banking, NBFC, or collection agencies is a plus.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Sunday Off (Last Sunday Working, as per company policy)

Salary & Benefits:

1)    Fixed Salary per month (based on experience)

2)    Salary will be disbursed between 1st to 5th of next Month

Office Time : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (9 Hours)

Morning Break : 10:45 AM to 11:00 AM (15 Minutes)

Lunch Break : 1:30 PM to 2:15 PM (45 Minutes)
