Profile :- Telesales Executive


Job Type: Full-Time


Job Summary: As an Telesales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers calling in to inquire about our products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer needs, provide information about our offerings, and convert inquiries into sales. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences and meet sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from prospective customers inquiring about our products and services.
  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate information to help them make informed decisions.
  • Build rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and trust.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer queries.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services.
  • Record and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and follow-ups on leads.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.


Location :- Andheri East, Mumbai.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an inside sales or customer service role, preferably in an inbound calling environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient in a fast-paced environment.
