Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to doctors, pharmacists, clinics, and hospitals to promote and sell pharmaceutical products.
Explain product features, benefits, dosage, and usage clearly and accurately.
Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information and follow-up details.
Respond to incoming calls and address queries regarding products, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and conversion rates.
Generate leads and follow up on prospects using CRM or lead management tools.
Coordinate with field sales representatives and other departments to fulfill customer needs and orders.
Provide feedback from customers to the marketing and product development teams.
Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry regulations, and competitor activities.

Handle objections professionally and work toward resolving concerns to close sales.
