Job Description: SMRE Telecaller – Service Reminder Executive(Maruti Suzuki Authorized Dealership)

Role Objective: Proactively engage existing Maruti Suzuki car owners through outbound calls to drive timely service appointments, improve customer retention, and stabilize workshop throughput. In short: prevent missed services before they become missed revenue.


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound reminder calls to Maruti Suzuki car owners for periodic, free, and paid services.
  • Educate customers on service due dates, mileage-based schedules, and service benefits.
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate slots with the workshop/service advisors.
  • Update and maintain customer records in CRM/DMS with call status and appointment details.
  • Execute follow-up calls for no-shows, postponed services, and pending confirmations.
  • Handle basic customer queries related to service timelines, charges (indicative), and offers.
  • Collect customer feedback and escalate dissatisfaction to the service team immediately.
  • Ensure compliance with Maruti Suzuki brand communication guidelines and data privacy norms.


  • Eligibility & Skill Requirements:
  • Minimum 12th pass (graduates preferred).
  • Prior experience in telecalling / customer service / automotive service coordination preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication in Hindi and local language; basic English preferred.
  • Clear diction, polite tone, and customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work with CRM/DMS software and Excel.
  • Comfortable with structured targets and process discipline.
