Position Overview

We are looking for energetic and motivated Telecalling & Telesales Executives to join our Personal Loan department. This role involves engaging with potential customers over the phone, promoting loan products, and driving conversions through effective communication and relationship-building.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 CTC (₹18,500 in hand)

• Performance-Based Incentives: Minimum ₹25,000 per month, uncapped up to ₹1,00,000

Experience & Education

• Experience: 0–2 years (Telesales/Tele-calling preferred; Freshers welcome)

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)

• Preference: Male candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products/services

• Clearly explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers

• Generate leads, follow up regularly, and convert inquiries into successful sales

• Maintain and update customer data, call logs, and follow-up records in CRM systems

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during the call process

Skills Required

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Confident phone presence with ability to handle objections

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools

• Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude

• Proficiency in Hindi, Marathi, and English preferred
