Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a smart, confident, and tech-aware Tele-caller who can effectively handle tele-calling activities and also participate in client meetings. The ideal candidate should have strong selling and client-convincing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen interest in learning new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads
• Explain products/services clearly and confidently to clients
• Convince and convert leads into meetings and sales opportunities
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings on assigned days
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients via calls, emails, and messages
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Update CRM/records with call details, follow-ups, and meeting outcomes
• Stay updated with new technologies, especially AI chatbots and smart automation tools
• Learn quickly and apply new knowledge to improve sales performance

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or client handling
• Strong selling and client-convincing skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Good knowledge of technology and digital tools
• Basic awareness of AI chatbots and emerging tech trends
• Smart, proactive, and quick learner
• Eager to learn and adapt to new concepts
• Professional attitude and confident personality
