Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to customers and potential clients,

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills.

The Candidate needs to call customers and confirm their address to deliver some parcels.

Once the parcel is delivered again call the customer and confirm that they have received the parcel.

Candidate also have to maintain the data and follow-up with the courier company for the smooth delivery.
