Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to students and parents from provided data (ICSE, CBSE, SSC, IGCSE boards)
- Engage parents in meaningful conversations about their child’s future in JEE/NEET preparation
- Convince and schedule centre walk-ins for counselling sessions
- Explain key offerings:
- Scholarship Tests
- One-to-One Counselling
- Group Counselling Sessions
- Batch structure & results
- Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and conversion tracking
- Build urgency and importance around early admission post board exams
- Coordinate with the counselling and academic team for seamless walk-in experience
