About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, patience, and a strong ability to convert conversations into opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
• Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information about products or services.
• Follow up with prospects through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Maintain call logs, update CRM, and ensure data accuracy.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Schedule demos & appointments for the sales team.
• Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
• Resolve customer objections and build rapport.
• Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams for process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Ability to remain calm and professional.
• Prior experience in tele calling, telesales, or customer service is a plus (not mandatory).
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-driven.
