Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales over calls while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain and update customer database regularly
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns effectively
• Follow up with interested leads and ensure closure
• Maintain a high level of professionalism during calls

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales/telecalling
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
• Target-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills:

• Good negotiation skills
• Fluency in Hindi and basic English (additional languages are a plus)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
