Role Summary:

As a Telecalling Executive, you will be the frontline advocate for Aayush Wellness products. You will engage potential customers over inbound and outbound calls, present product benefits, nurture leads, close sales, and maintain accurate sales records, all while achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to leads and follow up on inbound inquiries.

Explain product features, benefits, and wellness advantages clearly and confidently.

Convert prospects into paying customers by closing sales effectively.

Update all interactions, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM system accurately.

Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries or objections with professionalism.

Report feedback and market insights to improve sales strategies.
