Fixed Salary : 12,000 to 25,000+ incentives (depends on your interview)

Job Timing: 10:00 am to 07:00 PM (Monday - Saturday)

Interview Timing - 1:30 am to 05:30 PM (Monday - Saturday)

We are currently seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Relationship Executive. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, your role will be crucial in ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining the reputation of our company.

Responsibilities

§ Customer Interaction: Calling customers in a courteous and professional manner, actively listening to their requirements, concerns, and feedback.

§ Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate information to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their options and any actions required on their part.

§ Product Knowledge: Continuously update your knowledge of our company's offerings, promotions, and changes in policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

§ Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services that may benefit the customer, based on their needs and preferences.

§ Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to resolve complex customer issues and contribute to process improvements.

§ Time Management: Efficiently manage call volume and prioritize tasks to ensure timely responses to customers while maintaining quality service.
